Welcome to the Marsha Patterson State Farm Agent office, proudly serving Lancaster, SC, for 20 years and counting. I took over this office in 2005, and since then, my focus has stayed the same—showing up for the people in our community and helping them feel confident about the coverage they carry. Our team works with individuals, families, and business owners across Lancaster and Chester counties, and we’re always happy to welcome our Good Neighbors from Heath Springs, Richburg, Fort Lawn, and nearby towns. With more than 40 years of experience assisting State Farm customers, I bring a deep understanding of how life changes—and how insurance should keep up. My team and I help drivers at every stage with Auto Insurance, support homeowners with Home Insurance and Condo Insurance, assist renters with Renters Insurance, and work closely with local entrepreneurs who need dependable Business Insurance to protect what they’re building. Every conversation is about helping you feel informed and prepared, not rushed or overwhelmed.

Giving back has always been important to me. Outside the office, I stay involved through my volunteer work with the Rotary Club and by supporting local charitable foundations. Building relationships and supporting this community go hand in hand for me—it’s one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
